Printing

AI PU – 00

AI PU-00 is a water base modified polyurethane dispersion that imparts silk finish to woven fabrics.

FEATURES

Full, soft, luxurious hand.
It has good anti-static and soil release properties. Highly hydrophilic.
Ultra low yellowing.
Effective on natural and synthetic fibers.
Improves crease resistance and tear strength.
Durable to laundering.

PROPERTIES

Activity: 30%
Composition: Water base modified Polyurethane based resin.
Appearance: White viscous liquid.
PH: 8 – 9.
Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water.
Ionic class: No ionic.
Compatibility: Stable to most chemicals typically used in finishing operations, including anionic and cationic systems.

APPLICATION

Exhaust method: 1 – 2%.
PH: up to 8.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Store between 35F/2C and 105F/40C. Keep drums tightly closed.

The usual precautions in keeping chemicals from skin and eyes and avoiding excessive inhalation of vapors should be observed.

SHELF LIFE

12 months minimum.
