Printing

AI TW – 18

AI TW-18 is a highly versatile and effective hydrophilic towel softener.

FEATURES

Full, soft, luxurious hand.
Suitable for towels.
Highly hydrophilic.
Ultra low yellowing.
Maintains full light fastness.
Easy to use.
Requires no catalyst or cross linker additions.

PROPERTIES

Activity: 18%.
Ionic character: Cationic.
Composition: Hydrophilic modified polymers, smoothing resins and additives.
Appearance: White.
Specific gravity: 1.0.
Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water.
pH (NEAT): 5.5.

APPLICATION

Exhaust method: 1 – 3%.
PH 5.5 – 6.0 (acetic acid).
40 °C; 20 minutes.
The goods are dried at the usual temperatures of 120-140°C.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Store between 35F/2C and 105F/40C. Keep drums tightly closed.

The usual precautions in keeping chemicals from skin and eyes and avoiding excessive inhalation of vapors should be observed.

SHELF LIFE

12 months minimum.
